A rabbit monoclonal (D28-E) antibody targeting S-100, offered by Antibodies.com within the Primary Antibodies range. The reagent is of the IgG isotype and is supplied unconjugated in liquid form.

Validated for IHC-P and IHC-Fr applications and reactive with human samples, the antibody was raised against a peptide derived from the C-terminal sequence of the human S100-A1 protein. It recognises an epitope between Val55 - Glu74, with a recommended IHC dilution of 1:100-1:200.

The product is formulated in Tris Buffered Saline, pH 8.0, with 20 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide, and is stored at 4°C.
