Anti-RyR2 (phospho-S2808) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against RyR2 phosphorylated at Serine 2808. The unconjugated antibody is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human RyR2 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 2808, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of RyR2 only when phosphorylated at Ser2808.

The reported molecular weight of the target is ~ 565 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
