Produced by Antibodies.com as a rabbit polyclonal reagent, this unconjugated antibody targets the RyR2 protein. It is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 2770–2821 of human RyR2 and detects endogenous levels of RyR2 protein.
Validated for use in immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target RyR2 protein has a molecular weight of approximately 565 kDa.
