Anti-RYR2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting the Ryanodine Receptor (RYR2), available from Antibodies.com and supplied as an unconjugated liquid. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 4200-4300 of human RYR2 (NP_001026.2) and is affinity purified. The product is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The target protein has a molecular weight of 564 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200.
