Anti-RyR-2 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by epitope-specific immunogen chromatography, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets the cardiac ryanodine receptor (RyR-2) and is offered as an unconjugated IgG at 1 mg/mL in a 50 µL liquid format. The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide derived from the human RyR-2 sequence surrounding the non-phosphorylation site of S2808, and it detects endogenous levels of the receptor in human, mouse, and rat samples. It is validated for ELISA, Western blot, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows. The product is supplied in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide as a preservative. For handling, it is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance.
