Anti-RUVBL1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against RUVBL1 (also referred to as TIP49A), supplied by Antibodies.com. The reagent is of IgG isotype and unconjugated, and has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed in human and mouse samples.

The antibody is provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is affinity-purified. The target migrates at approximately 55 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC and 1:20–1:50 for ICC/IF. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–240 of human RUVBL1/TIP49A/PONTIN (NP_003698.1). Concentration is reported as lot-specific.
