Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody to RuvB, supplied by Antibodies.com as a liquid antiserum. The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and has been validated for Western blotting. Reactivity has been demonstrated against Escherichia coli. The immunogen used was recombinant full length RuvB protein, and the recommended Western blot working dilution is 1:3,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The formulation contains 0.05% sodium azide as a preservative.
