Anti-RUNX3 Antibody

Targeting the human runt-related transcription factor RUNX3, this polyclonal antibody is supplied by Antibodies.com as 100 µl of a 1 mg/ml stock in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. RUNX3 partners with CBFβ to control transcription in CD8+ cytotoxic T-cell development, neuronal differentiation, and intestinal epithelium homeostasis, and is frequently silenced by promoter hypermethylation in solid tumors of the gastrointestinal tract.

Validated for western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) detection of human RUNX3, the unconjugated reagent can be paired with a secondary antibody chosen for the desired detection chemistry. Aliquot on first use to limit freeze-thaw cycles of the glycerol-containing stock, and avoid leaving the azide buffer in prolonged contact with metal staining hardware.
