Anti-RUNX1 (H297) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent directed against RUNX1 (H297). It is supplied unconjugated, formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It detects endogenous levels of RUNX1 protein.

Rabbits were immunised with a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 260–310 of Human RUNX1, and the antibody was subsequently affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography with the epitope-specific immunogen.
