Anti-RUNX1 Antibody

This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is a rabbit-derived affinity-purified antibody raised against a synthetic peptide of human RUNX1 (also known as AML1/CBFα2), a core-binding transcription factor implicated in hematopoiesis and frequently studied in leukemia and immune-cell research. Supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume, the unconjugated IgG preparation is provided in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.4 with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. The antibody specifically detects the endogenous total RUNX1 protein and is validated for Western Blotting, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, and Immunoprecipitation, with cross-reactivity confirmed in Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. Vials are shipped refrigerated at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
