Anti-RUNX1 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and recognises RUNX1, detecting endogenous levels of the RUNX1 protein. Validated for western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry (ICC), immunofluorescence (IF) and immunoprecipitation (IP), it reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is recombinant full length human RUNX1, and the antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 55 kDa.
