Anti-RUNX1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to RUNX1/AML1 from Antibodies.com. This unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 100-200 of human RUNX1 (NP_001001890.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified. The target has a molecular weight of 50-55 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000, IHC: 1:50-1:100, and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. The concentration is lot specific.
