Anti-RUNX-2 (N278) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against RUNX-2 using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 246–297 of Human RUNX-2. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

RUNX2 (N278) pAb detects endogenous levels of RUNX2 protein. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The RUNX-2 target has a reported molecular weight of approximately 57 kDa.
