Anti-RTN4RL1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises RTN4RL1 (also referred to as NgR3). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 220–420 of human RTN4RL1 (NP_848663.1). It is supplied as a liquid preparation, affinity purified, and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. The reported molecular weight of the target is 49 kDa. The recommended WB dilution range is 1:1,000–1:4,000, and the concentration is lot specific.
