Anti-RTN4R Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the reticulon-4 receptor (RTN4R), also known as NgR, Nogo-66 receptor, NOGOR, or Reticulon-4 receptor, and was raised against a recombinant human RTN4R immunogen. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and detects the endogenous level of total RTN4R protein in human, mouse, and rat samples. For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon arrival, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve reagent performance.
