Rabbit polyclonal antibody to RTKN (Rhotekin), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is raised in rabbit, is of the IgG isotype, and is provided unconjugated in liquid form.

It has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. Reactivity has been demonstrated with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 63 kDa.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 254–513 of human RTKN (NP_001015056.1). The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
