Rhotekin (RTKN) is a scaffold and effector of Rho-family GTPases that is widely investigated in studies of cytoskeletal reorganization, cell motility, and RhoA-mediated signal transduction. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3, and is validated for Western blot detection of the target in human, mouse, and rat samples. Packaged as a 50 µl aliquot, the antibody is intended for research use only and supports work that probes Rhotekin expression, binding partners, and downstream signaling in normal and disease-relevant cellular contexts.
