Anti-RTCB Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognising RTCB (also designated C22orf28), supplied unconjugated as a liquid reagent. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 236–505 of human RTCB (NP_055121.1). The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. One scientific validation image is available from the manufacturer.

For Western blot applications a working dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is recommended. The reported molecular weight of the target is 55 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.
