Anti-RSPO1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets RSPO1 (R-Spondin 1) and is supplied in unconjugated, IgG format. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 90–210 of human RSPO1 (NP_001033722.1). The antibody is affinity purified and provided as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The target protein has a molecular weight of 29 kDa.

Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Five scientific validation images are available.
