Anti-Rsk-1 (T353) Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Rsk-1 and is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). It reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples and is provided unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The reagent was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 320–372 of human Rsk-1 and detects endogenous levels of the Rsk-1 protein. It migrates at ~90 kDa and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
