A rabbit-derived primary antibody from Antibodies.com detects human RSF1 in western blot workflows. RSF1 is the scaffold subunit of the RSF chromatin-remodeling complex, which helps regulate nucleosome spacing and transcriptional access to DNA. Researchers can use this unconjugated reagent to examine RSF1 protein abundance in human cell or tissue lysates in studies of chromatin organization, gene regulation, and DNA-damage responses.
The polyclonal IgG preparation is supplied in a 100 µl volume for use across multiple immunoblot experiments. Appropriate loading controls, a RSF1-expressing positive-control lysate, and a secondary-only or knockdown control can help verify target-specific bands and minimize nonspecific signal. This human-reactive, unconjugated primary antibody is suitable for detection with a separately selected enzyme-, fluorescence-, or other labeled secondary reagent.
