Anti-RSAD2 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against RSAD2, also referred to as Viperin. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 118–361 of human RSAD2 (NP_542388.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 46 kDa.

Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, the antibody is affinity purified. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200.
