Anti-RSAD1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against RSAD1 (also known as FLJ11164/HemW) and is intended for researchers studying the endogenous human protein. The antibody was generated using a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human RSAD1, then purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography with the epitope-specific immunogen, a process that yields a preparation detecting total endogenous RSAD1 levels. It is supplied as 50 µl of unconjugated Rabbit IgG at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. Validated applications are Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reactivity has been confirmed for human samples only; mouse and other species have not been verified for this particular product. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C and, on arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
