Anti-RRN3 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets human RRN3 (also known as TIF-IA), a basal transcription factor essential for RNA polymerase I-mediated ribosomal RNA synthesis. RRN3 bridges RNA Pol I with the promoter-bound selectivity factor SL1 and is required for recruitment of the polymerase to the rDNA promoter, positioning it as a central regulator of ribosome biogenesis and cellular growth control.

The reagent is supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated IgG in liquid format, raised in rabbit, and validated for Western blot (WB) detection of the human target. It is suitable for research applications examining Pol I transcription dynamics, rRNA processing studies, and investigations of how nucleolar activity responds to growth signaling, stress, or cell cycle transitions.
