Anti-RRM2 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets RRM2 in a rabbit polyclonal, unconjugated IgG format supplied as a liquid. The reagent was raised against a synthetic peptide of 11 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human and mouse RRM2, conjugated with KLH, and purified by affinity chromatography.

The antibody has been validated for Western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF) and immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections (IHC-P), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse, Rat, Hamster and Xenopus samples. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:1,000-1:2,000, IP 1:300-1:1,000, IF 1:100-1:1,000 and IHC-P 1:300.

The product is provided at a concentration of 1 mg/ml in Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 50% glycerol, filter sterilised and supplied without sodium azide or carrier protein. It is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
