Ribonucleoside-diphosphate reductase subunit M2 is the catalytic small subunit of the ribonucleotide reductase complex, and the polyclonal antibody raised against it from Antibodies.com enables sensitive detection in Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence experiments.
This unconjugated rabbit host reagent reacts with human, mouse, and rat RRM2, supporting translational studies in cell proliferation, DNA synthesis, and tumor biology research. RRM2 is the rate-limiting enzyme that converts ribonucleotides to deoxyribonucleotides and is therefore a frequent marker in investigations of cancer cell growth, S-phase progression, DNA replication stress, and chemoresistance pathways.
The antibody is supplied as a 100 µl liquid aliquot. Aliquot upon first use and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve binding activity across multiple experimental runs.
