Anti-RRAGD Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against RRAGD (also referred to as Rag D), available through Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 181-400 of human RRAGD, the antibody is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry. It shows reactivity with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The target's reported molecular weight is 46 kDa.

Recommended dilutions are 1:1,000–1:4,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Purification is by affinity chromatography.
