Anti-RRAGC Antibody

The Anti-RRAGC Antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against RagC, a Ras-related GTPase that heterodimerizes with RagA or RagB at the lysosomal surface to relay amino acid sufficiency signals to mTORC1. Supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated IgG in liquid form, the antibody is validated for western blot and immunofluorescence workflows and has been confirmed to react with human, mouse, and hamster samples.

RRAGC is a central effector of nutrient sensing and autophagy induction, making this reagent useful for cell signaling studies of the mTOR pathway, growth control, and amino acid-dependent regulation of mTORC1 activity. Each lot is affinity-purified and quality-controlled for reproducible band detection by immunoblotting of endogenous RagC.
