Anti-RRAGA Antibody

This polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit IgG preparation raised against RRAGA (also referred to as Rag A). It is unconjugated and supplied in liquid form, affinity-purified from rabbit serum. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 214–313 of human RRAGA (NP_006561.1), and the antibody has been validated for use in Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications on human, mouse and rat samples.

For Western blot, a working dilution of 1:500–1:1,000 is recommended, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The target protein has a stated molecular weight of 33 kDa. The antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
