Anti-RPS7 Antibody

The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–194 of human RPS7 (NP_001002.1), and the antibody recognises the target at its reported molecular weight of 24 kDa. Following affinity purification, the reagent is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.3 containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:10–1:100.

According to the manufacturer, the product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
