Anti-RPS6KB2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targeting RPS6KB2, also referred to as P70 S6 Kinase beta/SRK. The unconjugated IgG reagent is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC).

The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-170 of human p70 S6 Kinase 2 (NP_003943.2). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 63 kDa.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for WB and 1:50-1:100 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
