Anti-RPS6KB1 Antibody

Validated for western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for both IHC and ICC/IF. The target protein has a molecular weight of 70 kDa.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 450–532 of human P70 S6K (NP_003152.1). The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal.
