Anti-RPS6KB1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against RPS6KB1, also referred to as S6K1 or P70 S6K. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 450–532 of human P70 S6K (NP_003152.1). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 70 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been affinity purified. Concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are WB at 1:500–1:1,000, IHC at 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF at 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
