Anti-RPS6KA3 Antibody

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 68–327 of human RPS6KA3 (NP_004577.1). The antibody is provided in liquid form, affinity purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The molecular weight of the target is 84 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF 1:20–1:50. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
