Anti-RPS6 (phospho S235 + S236) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against RPS6 phosphorylated at Ser235 and Ser236. The antibody is unconjugated, of IgG isotype, and validated for Western blot (WB) applications. Reactivity has been confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around S235 and S236 of human RPS6 (NP_001001.2), with the immunogen sequence RLSSLR. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and has been affinity purified. The reported molecular weight of the target is 32 kDa, and the concentration is lot specific. Recommended WB dilution is 1:500-1:1,000.
