Anti-RPS6 (phospho-S235) Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, specifically recognises Ribosomal Protein S6 (RPS6) when phosphorylated at Serine 235. The unconjugated reagent is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

It was raised in Rabbit against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Ribosomal Protein S6 around the Serine 235 phosphorylation site, and it detects endogenous levels of RPS6 only when phosphorylated at Ser235. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has an expected molecular weight of approximately 29 kDa.

Validated for Western Blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF/ICC-IF), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
