Anti-RPS6 (phospho S235) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognises RPS6 phosphorylated at serine 235. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and ELISA, and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide phosphorylated at S235 of human RPS6, and the antibody is prepared by affinity purification.

Provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody has a predicted molecular weight of 29 kDa. A working dilution of 1:500–1:2,000 is recommended for Western blotting. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
