Anti-RPS4X Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes RPS4X, the X-linked ribosomal protein S4, and detects endogenous levels of the total RPS4X protein. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human RPS4X, and the antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a formulation of Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. Validated applications include Western Blotting (WB) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The 50 µl size is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
