Anti-RPS4X Antibody

Antibodies.com provides a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against RPS4X, classified as a primary antibody for research use. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry (ICC) applications and has been shown to react with human, mouse, and rat samples.

Specificity was established using a synthetic peptide immunogen corresponding to amino acids 132–177 of human RPS4X, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of RPS4X protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The product has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 30 kDa.
