Anti-RPS4X Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal reagent raised in Rabbit against RPS4X/SCAR, supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG antibody is provided as a liquid, reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and is validated for Western blot applications, with immunohistochemistry (IHC) also listed.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 66–263 of human RPS4X (NP_000998.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 30 kDa. A recommended Western blot dilution range of 1:100–1:500 is provided. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
