Anti-RPS27 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against RPS27 (also designated RPS27/MPS1), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and provided in unconjugated, liquid form at a lot-specific concentration.

Validated for western blotting and additionally listed for immunohistochemistry, the reagent shows reactivity with human and rat samples. The recommended western blotting dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–84 of human RPS27 (NP_001021.1). The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquots should be stored at −20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. The reported molecular weight of the target protein is 10 kDa.
