Anti-RPS23 Antibody

From the Antibodies.com catalogue, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against the RPS23 target, unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB). It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3, with an IgG isotype.

The reagent reacts with Human, Rat and Mouse samples and detects endogenous levels of RPS23 protein. It was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1-45 of human RPS23, then affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as greater than 96% by SDS-PAGE. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 15 kDa.
