Anti-RPS19 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against an internal peptide of human 40S ribosomal protein S19, also known as eS19, and is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL. The unconjugated antibody is formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with the rabbit IgG stabilised for routine bench handling. It is validated for Western blotting and immunohistochemistry on human samples, where it recognises endogenous levels of total RPS19 protein without requiring a secondary-labelled conjugate. The polyclonal host species and unconjugated format make it a flexible primary for laboratories that prefer to attach their own fluorophores, HRP or biotin reporters downstream.
