Anti-RPS19 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the RPS19 protein and is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100–145 of human RPS19. The antibody detects endogenous levels of total RPS19 protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 16 kDa. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
