Anti-RPS12 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against RPS12, also referred to as 40S ribosomal protein S12 and small ribosomal subunit protein eS12. It is unconjugated and supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.

The antibody was generated using a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal of human RPS12 and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography with the epitope-specific immunogen. It specifically detects endogenous levels of total RPS12 protein. The reagent is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with human samples.

It is shipped at 4°C; upon arrival, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
