Description
Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody is raised against RPS12 and supplied unconjugated. The antibody is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and reacts with human and mouse samples.
The immunogen was recombinant full-length human RPS12, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of RPS12 protein. It is provided at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, and the target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 14 kDa.
