Anti-RPS12 Antibody

A polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets the ribosomal protein RPS12. It is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated, reacting with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–132 of human RPS12 (NP_001007.2). The reagent is affinity purified, supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is directed against a target reported at 15 kDa. The concentration is lot-specific.

Validated applications are Western blot and ICC/IF, with recommended starting dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:10–1:100 for ICC/IF. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
