Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against RPS10 and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF) and immunoprecipitation (IP). The unconjugated reagent, of IgG isotype, is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples.
The immunogen used was recombinant full-length human RPS10, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of RPS10 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, the preparation has a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 19 kDa.
