Anti-RPRM Antibody

The RPRM (reprimo) protein is a p53-inducible mediator of G2 cell cycle arrest and is studied as a tumor suppressor across gastric, colorectal, and pancreatic cancer models, where its silencing by promoter methylation has been reported in primary tumours and cell lines. This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com was raised in rabbit and affinity-purified to recognise the endogenous mouse RPRM target, making it suitable for western blot analysis of cell and tissue lysates.

Supplied as 200 µl of unconjugated IgG, the antibody is compatible with common chemiluminescent and fluorescent detection workflows. Researchers can pair it with anti-rabbit secondary antibodies to monitor reprimo expression changes in response to DNA damage, hypoxia, or chemotherapeutic stress. Reactivity has been validated for mouse samples, with the recommended application centred on western blot detection of the expected ~12 kDa reprimo band.
