Anti-RPN1 Antibody

Antibodies.com provides rabbit polyclonal antibodies targeting Ribophorin I (RPN1), supplied as unconjugated liquids. The immunogens used are either a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 20–280 of human RPN1 or recombinant full-length human RPN1.

The antibodies are affinity-purified and validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence. Reported molecular weights for the target are 68 kDa or approximately 69 kDa depending on the variant. Reactivity profiles include Human and Rat, or Human, Mouse and Rat depending on the variant. Recommended Western blot dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 are given, with immunohistochemistry at 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF at 1:50–1:100. One variant is reported as greater than 95% pure by SDS-PAGE.

Products are formulated in phosphate-buffered saline with glycerol and sodium azide as preservatives. They are shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
